EXHIBITOR Magazine Names Anaheim One Of America’s Top 10 Trade Show Destinations

Anaheim was named one of the nation’s most popular trade show destinations, according to EXHIBITOR Magazine’s 2018 Travel and Accommodations Survey.

The survey queried 200 exhibit and event professionals, who spend an average of nearly two months traveling to trade show and corporate events in cities around the world. The survey’s aim was determining which cities those marketers are frequenting, as well as which are among their favorite destinations.

Anaheim ranked 9th on a list of 20 Popular Cities for Trade Shows and Corporate Events, and 12th out of 20 on Exhibit and Event Professionals’ Favorite Cities for Trade Shows and Events.

Anaheim’s high ranking in this competitive market underscores the wisdom of the city’s recent expansion of the Anaheim Convention Center and tax incentive policies that will lead to the construction of two new 4-Diamond hotels in the Anaheim Resort.

Due to the hostility of the outgoing city council majority, Disney canceled its plans for a new 700-room, $700 million luxury hotel. Plans for two additional 4-Diamond hotels are in jeopardy pending the outcome of the Measure L “Living Wage” initiative election results.

Third safest city of its size too!

  2. No thanks to the fruitless efforts of Greg and Cynthia.
